What are WATCH Disney Channel, WATCH Disney XD and WATCH Disney Junior?
The WATCH Disney products are a new way to watch full-episodes of your favorite Disney shows online through your computer, laptop, iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch. Full-episodes ON DEMAND - watch anytime, anywhere.
And if you subscribe to Disney Channel through one of our participating TV providers, you will have additional access to "Live" Disney Channel programming on your computer and apple mobile devices.

Who can get it?
Anyone in the U.S. with access to a broadband Internet connection and a
supported device can watch full-episodes as early as 30 days after they air on TV.
And if you subscribe to
Disney Channel through one of our participating TV providers (and your subscription is in good standing), you have access to additional features:
- "Live*" Disney programming on your supported computer and Apple mobile devices
- Video-on-demand (VOD) full-episodes the very next day after they broadcast on TV

We do not support the following:
At this time, we do not support any other mobile devices (including Android devices), Internet connected TVs, set-top boxes, or gaming consoles. If your device has the required version of Adobe Flash listed in our
system requirements, you may find that our site works in your Internet browser, but we do not support such devices and cannot guarantee that Watch Disney will work on your device.
Can I access the WATCH Disney products if I'm traveling or away from home?
Yes, you can access the WATCH Disney products from your supported device if you are traveling within the U.S. or its territories via a mobile wi-fi hot spot or mobile data access (e.g. 3G, 4G).
Please note that you must have access to a fast Internet connection speed, otherwise your video playback may be hindered. See

Is there an extra charge in order to get additional access features by verifying my participating TV provider (e.g. Comcast)?
You will not be charged an extra fee to receive the
additional access features available to you as a subscriber to one of our participating TV providers. The WATCH Disney products are an extra benefit for you.
Is my TV provider participating in this service?
What if my TV provider isn't on the list of participating providers to offer the WATCH Disney products?
We are continually adding new cable, satellite, and other TV providers.
From the link below, you can confirm if your TV provider is participating in our service. If they don't currently participate, you can request that they add the WATCH Disney products.
Is my TV provider participating in this service?
Not to worry, if you don't subscribe to a participating provider, you may still be able to watch a selective list of full-episodes as early as 30 days after they air on TV.
Are the WATCH Disney products available outside the U.S.?
The WATCH Disney products are only available if you're accessing the site from within the U.S. or its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Bermuda, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands).
I have verified my TV provider before. Why do I have to verify each time?
In order to confirm that your TV provider subscription is current, we must verify your subscription from time to time. If you select the "Remember me" check box during the verification process when you enter your login, you will not be asked to re-verify for up to 30 days.
I am serving on a U.S. military base located outside of the U.S. Can I still access your service?
Yes, if you're physically located on a U.S. military base that happens to be outside the U.S. and you are using a military-operated Internet connection (not a commercial Internet provider), then you will be able to access our service.
